What Opinion Do You Have of Religion?
What are your thoughts on religion? This inquiry may be received with a shrug or even an aversion to religious belief, depending on the country you are in. Among the 56 countries and areas included in the Statista Global Consumer Survey, China has the biggest proportion of nonreligious or atheist persons, who reject the existence of God.
With around a third of survey participants between the ages of 18 and 64 identifying as nonreligious or atheist, Germany has one of the highest nonreligious and atheist population shares among European nations. A quarter of individuals in this age range today are not religious, even in Italy, a nation that is frequently associated with religiosity.
Meanwhile, South Africa has just about 9 percent of persons under 65 who are nonreligious. Religion also has a little greater hold in the United States, Russia, and Brazil. Being atheist or non-religious is essentially unheard of in India; according to a poll, just 2% of respondents identified as either.
